1. Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You purchased an annual subscription plan (Standard Annual or Premium Annual)
- You request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date
- This is your first refund request with Olyqx OÜ (we reserve the right to deny refunds to repeat refund requesters)
- Your account has not been terminated for violating our Terms of Service
1.2 Monthly Plans
Monthly subscription plans are not eligible for refunds after the subscription is activated. However, you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
1.3 Trial Subscriptions
Weekly trial subscriptions are charged at a reduced rate and are non-refundable. These trials are designed to let you test our service at minimal cost before committing to a longer-term plan.
1.4 Renewed Subscriptions
Automatically renewed subscriptions (after the initial subscription period) are eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 7 days of the renewal charge. After 7 days, renewed subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations:
- After 30 Days: Refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase date (for annual plans)
- Account Violations: Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., illegal activities, abuse, prohibited use)
- Excessive Bandwidth Usage: You violated our fair use policy by using excessive bandwidth beyond reasonable personal use
- Chargebacks: If you initiated a chargeback with your bank/payment provider, you forfeit eligibility for a refund through our standard process
- Repeated Refunds: You have previously requested and received a refund from Olyqx OÜ (one refund per customer lifetime)
- Third-Party Purchases: Subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers or unauthorized channels
- Service Functionality: Refunds are not granted for general dissatisfaction with VPN speed or performance caused by factors outside our control (e.g., your ISP, network infrastructure, distance to servers)
3. How to Request a Refund

5. Cancellations vs. Refunds

Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does NOT automatically trigger a refund. You retain access to the VPN service until the end of your current billing period.

If you want both cancellation AND a refund (within the eligible period), you must:
