Olyqx OÜ provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet connection and protect your online privacy. Our services include:

• Unlimited bandwidth (subject to fair use policy)

3. Eligibility

• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

4. Account Registration

• Malware Distribution: Spreading viruses, malware, or other malicious code

• Network Abuse: Port scanning, DDoS attacks, or other network attacks
• Child Exploitation: Any activity related to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Harassment: Stalking, threatening, or harassing other individuals
• Reselling Services: Reselling or redistributing our VPN services without written permission

5.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we detect or receive credible reports of prohibited activities. We may also report illegal activities to law enforcement authorities.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing Plans

We offer multiple subscription plans with different durations and features. Current pricing is available on our website.

6.2 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly, annually, or as otherwise specified)
• Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription purchase or renewal

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Emergency maintenance
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Internet service provider issues
• Force majeure events

8.2 Speed and Performance

VPN connection speeds depend on various factors including your internet connection, server load, distance to server, and encryption overhead. We do not guarantee specific speed levels.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Key Privacy Commitments:

• We operate a strict no-logs policy for VPN connection data
• We do not track, monitor, or store your browsing history
• We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided through our services are owned by Olyqx OÜ or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or applications
• Reverse engineer or decompile our VPN software
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright notices

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Olyqx OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use our services

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olyqx OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of our services.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• Your payment fails or is disputed

• We cease providing services

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Olyqx OÜ.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor or affiliated entity.
